-
Dogs rushing up to newcomers can be quite intimidating for new dogs so communicate with other dog owners and when you’re inside. Ensure that you keep your dog away from the entrance until the session is in full swing.
Please be aware that not all dogs will want to play with each other, so please don’t encourage or force them to.
The dogs will make their own decisions about who they want to play with and there’s plenty of opportunity for solo play with their owners instead.
We will monitor all the dogs' behaviour with each other - if we think a dog is struggling with the group environment, we will flag these to the owners.
If for any reason we believe that the play session isn't the right environment for your dog, we explain why and provide a refund or suggest a private session with the cost of your group session as a credit against it.
Please don't be offended if this happens, all dogs are different and sometimes dogs react in a way that is unexpected in a group session.
-
We have a range of dog agility equipment for your dog to explore.
We also have a ball pit, a variety of toys, balls, tug ropes for your dog to enjoy.
We also believe in there being plenty of space for dogs to just run around being dogs so the play centre is not packed full of equipment for this reason.
-
Unfortunately our insurance does not cover children under the ages of 12 in our group sessions.
If you do want to bring your children, you can choose our exclusive hire option which means that your children will only be mixing with dogs that they know already.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your children behave in a safe manner and do not play on the dog equipment.

We run specific puppy sessions on weekends.
These puppy sessions are an excellent way to socialise your pup, build their confidence and meet other new puppy owners.
We recommend regular visits with your pup as even the shy ones at the beginning end up full of confidence and lots of new friends!
The puppy sessions are for pups who have been fully vaccinated up to the age of around 24 weeks for smaller breeds, and up to 20 weeks for the larger breeds.
For pups older than 24 months, we run Adolescent sessions which are for dogs under 1 year, it's a great way for the youngsters to play together without irritating older dogs!
-
For small breed sessions, think Chihuahuas, Bichon Frise, Dachshunds, Jack Russells, Yorkshire Terriers, Cavapoos/Cavachons, small Cockapoos/Doodles, Maltese/Maltipoos.

-
For standard breed sessions think Spaniels, Collies, Vizslas, Beagles.
We have suggested a weight range of 10-25kg as a rough estimate of size.
-
For our large breed sessions, think German Shepherds, Labradors, Retrievers, Huskies.
Unfortunately we're unable to accommodate any giant breeds currently such as Great Danes or Newfoundlands, we simply don't have the space - you would need to private hire for giant breed dogs!
-
There will be treats for sale and plenty of toys for your dog to play with, however if you would prefer to bring your own toys or training treats, you are welcome to.
It is wise not to bring favourite toys to group sessions in case they get damaged by another dog.
Please do not bring in dog food other than training treats otherwise you might find yourself surrounded!
You should also ensure that it’s been at least an hour since your dog has eaten so that they’re not running around on a full stomach.
Our ‘Pawsecco Bar’ has fresh clean drinking water available at all times.
-
Our water bowls, toys and floors are deep cleaned daily with pet friendly disinfectant. If your dog has an accident, we have sprays and cleaning materials for you to clean up after them and to discourage any marking behaviour.
